There will not be much to stick in your mind if you go alone or you are someone with climbing experience previous. But for me, it was the hardest peak i have been through... the reason is my son go with me to explore it. And he is only 8 year old.
Prepare for adventure with my son in Lao Than mountain
Memory in Sapa - before start go Y Ty
The distance from Sapa to Y Ty will be a lot simpler also if you sit in a car. But for get more experience ... i choose a motorbike to depart
if in the plains, 70km takes you only about 1 hour, but in the mountains it will take you 3 times, 4 times .. or more than it. maybe even behind the wheel is your child
I fumbled on that way, trying to avoid every pothole along the way. behind the constant cheering from my son: "Do your best, Dad..." and fortunately, i reached the coordinates that the porter check it on the map safely
The way to the top of Lao Than Mountain - The land of clouds is quite easy, there is not much complicated terrain. Most are "flat" with no climbing required, but now its my turn to cheer my son up
At a viewpoint from a small village, you can enjoy the impressive scene with unlimited quantity of cloud and endless layers of leaves...
Lao Than is worth to become a destination for anyone who wants to discover and experience a superb place. It is also suitable for people to strengthen health and relax after busy weekdays.
